Deborah Treliving Artist Printmaker

Deborah's training in Fine Art, painting and printmaking, was at Bath Academy of Art. After gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Reading University in 1974 she taught in the London Borough of Bromley. In 1983 she moved with her family to Torquay and until June 2003 taught Art and Design at South Devon College. She printed at the Dartington print-workshop for six years from 1996, and became a full Member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen in 1998. In 2006, undertaking new challenges, she exhibited art work on farms in South Devon.

The latter is ongoing throughout 2007, with a changing exhibition of her work inspired by Occombe Farm. Her new studio, which is open to the public, is in the Stable yard at Cockington Court, Torquay.
