Wedding Ceremony
If you are looking to hold your wedding or civil partnership ceremony in one of
Torquay’s most beautiful and romantic settings, then
Cockington Court is certainly the place for you. Cockington
Court is a striking 17th Century manor house set in a 450-acre
country park. There is a private car park at the rear of
the Court in which you and your guests can park.
Weddings take place in our elegant
Cary Room which can seat up to 60 guests. The
room affords magnificent views over the Cockington Country
Park. Following the ceremony, photographs can be taken in
our walled Rose Garden, on the Croquet Lawn or indeed any
of the picturesque areas within the grounds. During warmer
months, you can have pre-reception drinks within the romantic setting
of the Rose Garden.
Alternative Ceremonies
The Upper Croquet Lawn at Cockington Court is an ideal, private venue for outdoor ceremonies. Screened by trees, the lawn is a unique place for celebrations and yet is close to The Court House restaurant, parking and all the other facilities in the grounds.
