The barn lies in a secluded wooded valley, close to Cockington Village, surrounded by 450 acres of country park and within walking distance to the beach, which makes it the ideal base for coastal and countryside residential visits and group holidays.
The barn sleeps 36, it has a wood burner with large communal area for group meals, two large dormitories and two smaller bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large outside courtyard area with a campfire.
