The connection began earlier this year at the Torbay Business Forum held at the Princess Theatre. During the event, our very own CEO Helen Warren shared the story of our charity—our mission, the impact of our work, and the vital support we need to continue preserving Torbay’s precious green spaces. Her words struck a chord with John Ross, the Founder of JR Pat Testing, who felt compelled to contribute to conservation, a cause close to his heart.
“Helen’s determination and passion inspired me to take action,” said John. “I believe the world would be a better place if everyone had a deeper connection with nature. Cockington Country Park is especially dear to me. I’ve spent countless hours there, particularly when my children were young and fortunate to grow up in Torbay surrounded by beautiful parks, woodlands and coast.”
