The Cockington Christmas Caper has been organised since 2004 by local Christian Charity, The Barnabas Sports Trust.
The 2023 race returns to Occombe Farm as our race HQ, start and finish. Occombe Farm benefits from free car parking, a wonderful cafe and lots for the family to do.
£1 from every entry will be donated to the Torbay Coast and Country Trust, a registered conservation charity that cares for over 1700 acres of Torbay’s most beautiful natural spaces, including the land the race is run on.
The race will be approximately 8 1/2 miles. It is an off-road race on trails, footpaths and cycle paths. The route is very hilly and often muddy (trail shoes are recommended).
Every finisher will receive a mug, bag and a piece of Christmas cake.
Entries close at 7 p.m. on Wednesday 15th November – no entries on the day or transfers accepted after this deadline.
Prizes will be given for the first three in all categories.
