As part of a restructure, Damian Offer will be leaving the Trust on 30th November 2022.
Damian has achieved a lot during his eight years here at the Trust including implementing the Green Heart Project which saw the restoration of the lakes, visitor centre and Gamekeepers Cottage at Cockington; hosting numerous Occombe Festivals to raise money for the Trust; acquiring and setting up Gillard Road Nature Reserve to protect the local bat colonies; working on creating Occombe Farm, a new visitor destination for Torbay; working tirelessly towards the Trusts aims – to protect the land around Torbay, for people and wildlife.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Damian for all his contributions to the development of the Trust over the last eight years and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
Going forward, Richard Stones will lead on commercial and operational activities and Justin Cox will lead on farm and estate activities.
